Restructuring & Insolvency Associate — Bankruptcy

Mid-level associate opportunity in a global firm's Restructuring & Insolvency group. The role is open to candidates for the Miami or New York offices and involves work on in-court Chapter 11 proceedings and out-of-court restructurings.

The team advises on complex restructuring matters and works closely with cross-border colleagues; candidates should be comfortable contributing in a multicultural, collaborative environment.

Applicants must be admitted and in good standing with the Florida or New York Bar.

• 3–5 years of relevant bankruptcy/restructuring experience.
• Experience on in-court Chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings.
• Bankruptcy clerkship preferred but not required.
• Admission and good standing in the Florida or New York Bar.
• Ability to work effectively in a global, culturally diverse team.
