Mid-Senior Associate, Financial Restructuring (New York)

Mid-senior associate role in a national restructuring practice based in New York. The team handles large Chapter 11 cases and complex out-of-court workouts for creditor and debtor-side clients, including leveraged restructurings and creditor enforcement matters.

Ideal candidates will have strong prior restructuring experience, excellent academic credentials, and the ability to work on high‑stakes bankruptcy matters. Applicants are asked to provide law school and undergraduate transcripts with their submission.

• 4-6 years' post-qualification experience in financial restructuring/bankruptcy
• Experience representing creditors or debtors in large Chapter 11 cases or complex workouts
