Mid–Senior Associate — Liability Management & Debt Restructurings (New York)

Top-tier New York practice seeking a mid- to senior-level associate to join the liability management, debt restructurings and alternative investments team. The role focuses on liability management transactions and the finance aspects of distressed-debt restructurings across domestic and cross-border matters.

Candidates will work on complex restructurings and liability-management solutions alongside experienced partners and counsel, advising lenders, funds and other stakeholders. Competitive compensation; salary range provided below.

Salary range: $310,000 - $435,000

• Mid- to senior-level associate with demonstrable experience on liability management transactions, debt restructurings or distressed-debt finance matters.
• Strong technical skills in restructuring and insolvency-related finance, including documentation and negotiation experience.
• Ability to manage complex transactions, work collaboratively with deal teams, and communicate effectively with institutional clients.
