Solicitor — Finance Litigation, Manchester

An established finance litigation team is seeking a qualified Solicitor to join its Manchester office. The nationally structured team handles a broad range of finance litigation work with a particular focus on asset-backed and consumer finance disputes.

The role is office-based in Manchester with a flexible hybrid working approach. You will manage a caseload under senior supervision, provide advice on consumer and asset finance claims, and contribute to business development and thought leadership for the practice.

• Qualified Solicitor (or equivalent).
• Practical knowledge of consumer finance legislation (Consumer Credit Act 1974) preferred.
• Familiarity with the Civil Procedure Rules.
• Experience managing or supporting a caseload in finance litigation.
• Strong prioritisation, attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and confident written and verbal communicator.
