An experienced solicitor or associate is sought for a busy Dispute Resolution team based in Manchester. You will lead and manage commercial litigation matters across sectors, including contractual disputes, director/shareholder claims, urgent injunctive relief and professional negligence work, with opportunities to support public law and data-breach/group-action matters.

The role involves ownership of day-to-day case management (disclosure, interim applications, client reporting), providing strategic commercial advice to corporates, public bodies and regulated clients, and contributing to business development and team mentoring under partner supervision.

Qualified solicitor with demonstrable experience in commercial litigation and dispute resolution
Proven ability to manage cases at all stages, including large-scale disclosure and complex procedural applications
Strong drafting, analytical and advocacy skills
Excellent client relationship and communication skills; commercial mindset
Collaborative approach with a commitment to mentoring and team development
