Senior/Managing Associate – Commercial Dispute Resolution (Pensions Litigation)

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior or Managing Associate to join a nationally ranked Commercial Dispute Resolution team with roles available across multiple UK offices on a hybrid basis. The role offers varied litigation, arbitration and mediation work with a strong emphasis on pensions-related disputes.

You will work closely with senior lawyers across the national team, manage your own caseload with partner oversight where required, and contribute to business development and mentoring of junior fee-earners. The firm will invest in your development and supports clear progression for high performers.

• Minimum 3 years PQE in commercial dispute resolution or related litigation
• Demonstrable experience or specialism in pensions litigation (including professional negligence, rectification, member complaints desirable)
• Proven litigation & ADR experience (court proceedings, arbitration, mediation)
• Strong drafting, analytical and client-facing skills with a commercial mindset and appetite for business development
