Associate Lawyer, Litigation — Toronto

Join a global law firm's Toronto litigation team as an Associate handling insurance and civil litigation matters. The role involves managing files across discovery, motions, mediations, trials and appeals, and advising insurers and insureds on coverage and defence strategy.

• Called to the Ontario Bar and a member in good standing
• 2–4 years post-qualification experience in civil litigation and/or insurance coverage
• Proven advocacy skills, solid litigation experience (discovery, motions, trials) and strong legal writing
• Excellent judgment, analytical ability and client-facing skills
