Associate — Corporate (Overseas Offices)

International law firm with multiple Asia-based offices is seeking Japan-qualified associates to join its overseas teams. The role focuses on delivering cross-border corporate and transactional advice to Japanese and regional clients across the firm's Asia network.

The position offers day-to-day exposure to outbound work for Japanese clients and inbound work for international clients into Japan, providing broad transactional experience and opportunities to develop international business-law skills in a multicultural environment.

• Qualified lawyer in Japan (required).
• Experience in corporate transactional or cross-border corporate work.
• Willingness to be based in an overseas Asia office and handle cross-jurisdictional matters.
• Strong Japanese and English language skills; other Asian languages advantageous.
