Real Estate Associate — Denver

Join a large international real estate team as a 1st–3rd year associate based in Denver. The role involves working on commercial real estate transactions across the full deal lifecycle, including acquisitions, dispositions, finance, leasing, joint ventures and development.

You'll be part of a nationally connected practice advising a broad client base, with opportunities to gain experience on investment fund work and REIT-related matters. The team handles a range of asset classes and transaction structures in a fast-paced environment.

• 1–3 years post-qualification real estate transactional experience (acquisitions/dispositions, leasing, real estate finance, joint ventures, development)
• Experience with real estate investment funds, sponsor representation or REITs preferred
• Ability to take significant project responsibility and manage fast-paced transactions
• Strong drafting, negotiation, writing and analytical skills; attention to detail
• Must be in good standing with the Colorado Bar
