Apply in confidence →Top-tier global firm seeks a mid- to senior-level Real Estate Associate for its Denver office. The role offers substantive exposure across commercial real estate transactions and the chance to take ownership of matters and run deals with limited supervision.
The successful candidate will join a large, full-service real estate practice advising on the full life cycle of real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, joint ventures and development. Work will be client-facing and cover a variety of asset types and sponsors.
- 4-7 years of commercial real estate transactional experience (acquisitions/dispositions, finance, leasing, joint ventures, development)
- Demonstrated experience drafting and negotiating complex contracts; ability to run transactions with minimal oversight
- Strong academic credentials, superior drafting, negotiation, writing and analytical skills
- Investment fund experience a plus
- Admission and good standing with the Colorado Bar
