We are seeking a mid-level and senior Real Estate associate to join a prominent and growing practice. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated transactional matters within a collaborative and well-regarded team.

The successful candidate will have solid experience in one or more of the following areas: mortgage and mezzanine debt work (lender and/or borrower side), joint-venture equity structuring, acquisitions and dispositions, and/or real estate development.

Mid-level or senior associate experience.
Solid experience in one or more of: mortgage/mezzanine debt, joint-venture equity work, acquisitions and dispositions, and/or development.
