Real Estate Associate — Denver

Growing real estate team in Denver seeks mid‑level and senior associates to support a broad transactional practice. Work will focus on mortgage and mezzanine debt (lender and/or borrower side), joint‑venture equity, acquisitions and dispositions, and development transactions.

Successful candidates will join a collaborative team that emphasizes professional growth, structured mentorship and a strong workplace culture. Strong transactional attorneys from non‑real‑estate backgrounds will also be considered.

• Mid‑level to senior associate with transactional real estate experience (or strong transactional background)
• Experience in one or more of: mortgage/mezzanine debt, joint‑venture equity, acquisitions/dispositions, or development
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and deal‑management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively on client matters and mentor junior lawyers
