A national law firm's Denver office is seeking a junior Real Estate Associate with 2–3 years of substantive transactional experience to join its growing real estate team. The role offers top-tier work, direct client exposure, and meaningful responsibility within a highly collaborative national practice.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in real estate finance (representing lenders and/or borrowers), real estate joint ventures, purchase and sale agreements, and general commercial real estate transactions. Experience with land use and development is a plus. Candidates should demonstrate strong drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills, the ability to manage transactions with appropriate supervision, excellent communication and client-service skills, and an interest in hands-on training and early client responsibility.

The firm is also open to associates currently practicing at top national or AmLaw firms in major financial markets who are interested in relocating to Denver while continuing to work on sophisticated, high-value matters. J.D. from an accredited law school
2–3 years of relevant real estate transactional experience
Excellent academic credentials
Admission to the Colorado Bar (or ability to waive in)
Strong drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills
Experience in real estate finance, joint ventures, purchase and sale agreements, and general commercial real estate transactions
Land use and development experience is a plus
