Our client, a market-leading law firm, is seeking a finance associate to join its Business Restructuring & Reorganization team. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile, top-of-the-capital-structure representations for hedge funds, CLOs, private equity funds, and other financial institutions in both Chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings.

Ideal candidates will have significant experience representing creditors or borrowers in connection with liability management transactions, DIP financings, bankruptcy exit financings, and/or special situations financings.

Law school class years 2019 through 2023
Experience in restructuring and special situations finance
Strong drafting and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment

Law school class years 2019–2023
