Well-established national finance practice is seeking a junior to mid-level Finance Associate for its Denver office. The role focuses on leveraged and institutional lending matters and offers regular work on sophisticated loan transactions.

Successful candidates will work on financings for corporate borrowers and lenders, including institutional term loans, commercial bank facilities, syndicated credits, acquisition financings and private credit transactions. The team values strong drafting, negotiation and analytical abilities and provides exposure to complex, market-facing matters.

3–6 years' finance transactional experience (J.D. class of 2020–2023 or equivalent).
Experience representing corporate borrowers and/or lenders on institutional term loans, commercial bank loans, syndicated facilities, leveraged lending, and/or private credit transactions.
Proven drafting and negotiation skills; strong analytical ability and comfort with complex financing documents.
Ability to work collaboratively on fast-moving transactions and manage client-facing responsibilities.
