An elite law firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Finance & Banking practice group, focusing on complex, fast-paced financing transactions. The role involves representing banks, institutional lenders, and borrowers in secured lending matters.

3–6 years of law firm experience in secured lending transactions, primarily representing banks, institutional lenders, and borrowers
Preference for experience in leveraged lending, syndicated lending, and sponsor finance
Skilled in drafting, editing, and reviewing loan agreements, security documentation, intercreditor agreements, commitment papers, and closing documentation
Proactive with strong business sense and ability to manage internal and external client and counsel relationships
Admitted to the state bar in which practicing or eligible to waive in
