Top-tier US finance group seeks a mid-level associate to support complex, fast-paced financing transactions across its Boston, Denver and New York offices. The role focuses on secured lending matters for banks, institutional lenders and borrowers, with regular exposure to syndicated and leveraged financings and sponsor-backed deals.

The team offers collaborative, mentor-driven development, clear expectations for advancement, and substantive client work on drafting and negotiating loan agreements, security documentation, intercreditor arrangements and closing deliverables. This is a multi-office U.S. role; candidates should be prepared to work with cross-office teams on high-value transactions.

3-6 years of law firm experience in finance/banking transactions
Experience representing banks, institutional lenders or borrowers; preference for leveraged, syndicated and sponsor finance
Strong drafting and negotiation skills for loan agreements, security documents, intercreditor agreements and closing papers
Excellent oral and written communication, client-service orientation, and teamwork
Admission to practice in the relevant state bar or eligibility to waive in
