Top-tier global law firm is seeking a mid–senior level Associate to join a transactional corporate team handling complex M&A matters across multiple U.S. offices. The role is location-flexible on the East Coast and will involve working with deal teams across the firm’s platform.

Work will focus on public M&A, take-private transactions and related corporate governance matters. The position offers exposure to a broad client base across industries and the opportunity to lead due diligence and drafting efforts on significant transactions.

4–7 years' post-qualification experience in corporate transactions with emphasis on public M&A and take-private deals
Proven experience drafting and negotiating acquisition agreements and ancillary M&A documentation
Experience leading due diligence teams and managing transactions from inception to closing
Strong academic record, excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively across offices
