Join a global corporate team in Amsterdam advising on complex, cross-border M&A and private equity transactions. You will draft and negotiate transaction documentation, lead due diligence, coordinate multi-jurisdictional deal teams and provide pragmatic commercial advice to clients and advisers.

5–7 years' post-qualification M&A experience, ideally from a leading firm
Dutch qualification and strong academic record
Fluent Dutch and English with excellent drafting and communication skills
Proven experience on cross-border deals and coordinating deal teams
Strong commercial judgment, analytical ability and a collaborative mindset
