Well-established national law firm is seeking a partner-level corporate attorney to join its Mergers & Acquisitions team in Atlanta, with opportunities to work across multiple U.S. offices. The role focuses on leading M&A transactions for corporate clients across sectors, including buy- and sell-side deals, joint ventures and strategic investments.

The team handles both domestic and cross-border matters and offers the chance to work on high-value, complex transactions alongside senior deal lawyers. The firm is looking for a commercial, client-facing partner who can drive transaction execution and contribute to business development.

Partner-level experience in M&A and corporate transactions
Proven track record leading buy- and sell-side deals and managing transaction teams
Strong client development and relationship-management skills
Admissions and credentials appropriate for practice in the U.S.; Atlanta presence or willingness to be based in Atlanta
