Senior corporate partner role based in Muscat for an established international law practice. The hire will lead and develop the local corporate team, advising on a range of corporate matters with a strong emphasis on corporate governance.

The role suits an experienced partner who can provide visible leadership as current senior partners transition, strengthening and growing the office’s corporate offering. Responsibilities include client relationship management, team mentoring, and contributing to regional business development.

Qualified lawyer in Oman or an internationally recognised common-law jurisdiction with right to practice at partner level.
Significant partner-level experience in corporate law, with demonstrable expertise in corporate governance.
Proven leadership and people-management skills; experience running a team or practice group.
Track record in business development; a portable practice or clear ability to generate and grow client work is desirable.
