Senior partner opportunity for an experienced finance, securities and corporate lawyer to join a well-established Oman practice. The role combines lead advisory work across capital markets and banking matters with responsibility for client development and team leadership.

This is a succession-led position: the incoming partner will play a visible leadership role locally and help grow and sustain the practice as senior colleagues transition. A portable practice or proven ability to originate and retain mandates is important.

Established partner-level record in finance, securities and corporate work, with demonstrable capital markets experience.
Proven business development skills and a track record of originating or sustainably managing client relationships.
Admission to practise in a relevant jurisdiction; experience working in or with the Oman market preferred.
Ability to lead and mentor a small team and to take on visible practice leadership duties.
