Senior hire opportunity to join a well-established corporate team advising on M&A for owner-managed businesses, private equity and venture capital transactions. The role sits across London, Liverpool or Leeds and will take a visible senior leadership role within the practice.

The successful candidate will help drive growth by originating and winning new mandates, providing commercially focused advice to clients and supporting the development of fee-earners across the team. Proven corporate/M&A experience across owner-managed, private equity and venture capital matters
Track record of fee‑earning leadership and business development; ability to win and manage client relationships
Experience supervising and developing junior lawyers and contributing to team growth
Commercial, pragmatic approach with strong drafting and transactional skills
