Leading international law firm seeks a partner to join its Brussels corporate team to lead and grow transactional work. The role will focus on cross-border corporate and commercial transactions, working with a mix of domestic and international clients.

Ideal candidate will take responsibility for originating and executing deals, mentoring junior lawyers, and developing the practice's presence in the region. The team offers market-facing work and collaboration with colleagues across Europe.

Established partner-level experience in corporate transactional work (M&A, joint ventures, or similar).
Proven track record of originating and managing significant mandates and leading deal teams.
Portable client relationships / demonstrable ability to bring a substantive book of business.
Strong commercial judgment, excellent drafting and negotiation skills, and ability to build and lead a team.
