Corporate Securities Associate — Securities & Capital Markets

Growing national law firm seeks a Securities & Capital Markets associate to join its practice with an option to be based in Seattle or Portland. The role focuses on public company reporting, capital markets transactions, and corporate governance for listed issuers.

Typical matters include SEC compliance and securities-law counseling, public-company M&A and disclosure, registration statements and periodic reporting, and advising on stock exchange rules. The team emphasizes mentoring, professional development and client service in a collaborative environment.

• 4–6 years of securities experience (public company reporting, capital markets and corporate governance)
• Strong knowledge of the ’34 Act, ’33 Act and stock exchange rules
• Experience with registration statements, periodic reporting, and public-company M&A preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
• Active bar license in the state for which you wish to be considered (WA or OR)
