Experienced transactional attorney wanted for a New York tax group that handles a broad range of corporate transactions. The role sits in the tax department and focuses on private equity M&A and financings, joint ventures, strategic alliances and restructurings for investment funds.

The team seeks a candidate comfortable on diverse deal work across the fund and sponsor space, able to drive documentation, negotiate commercial terms and provide tax-focused transactional advice as part of cross‑disciplinary deal teams.

6–9 years' transactional experience at a law firm, with exposure to M&A, financings, joint ventures and restructurings
Background in transactions for investment funds and private equity matters
Strong drafting, negotiation and commercial judgment on complex deals
Top academic credentials (U.S. or Canadian) and proven law firm experience
