The anticipated salary range for this position in Boston is $215,000 to $275,000. Standard benefits apply; additional contingent compensation may be available based on performance and qualifications.

Juris Doctor (JD) and active admission to the Massachusetts bar, or eligibility to become admitted.
Experience or strong interest in securitization, structured finance, bond or loan transactions; transactional drafting skills.
Familiarity with corporate trust issues and exposure to related litigation or bankruptcy matters is preferred.
Strong analytical, written and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively across practice teams.
