Private Equity Debt Finance Associate

Join a busy Debt Finance group in Boston as a mid-level associate, advising private equity sponsors, banks, and private credit lenders on financing transactions.

The role centers on term and revolving loan facilities for leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings, and corporate growth. You will take an active part in drafting and negotiating commitment papers, credit agreements, and collateral documentation.

The group works in a collaborative, collegial, and entrepreneurial environment alongside lawyers and professional staff across practice areas and offices.

• Experience representing private equity sponsors and/or banks and private credit lenders in leveraged finance transactions
• Drafting and negotiating commitment papers, credit agreements, and collateral documents
• Term and revolving loan facility experience for LBOs, acquisition financings, and corporate growth
• Outstanding academic credentials and comparable law firm experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Relevant bar admission, or eligibility to obtain admission promptly
