Mid-Level Associate, Private Equity Debt Finance — Boston

A growing debt finance team is seeking a mid-level associate to support private equity-backed and lender-side transactions. The role focuses on leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings and growth financings across term and revolving facilities.

Day-to-day work includes drafting and negotiating commitment papers, credit agreements and collateral documentation, and counseling sponsors, banks and private credit lenders. The team offers a collaborative, cross-practice environment and exposure to complex, sponsor-driven financings.

• Several years' experience in leveraged finance or private equity debt, representing private equity sponsors, banks or private credit lenders
• Demonstrated experience drafting and negotiating commitment papers, credit agreements and collateral documents
• Strong academics and excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or eligibility to obtain admission promptly
