J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar admission or eligibility in the hiring jurisdiction
Experience or demonstrated interest in securitization, structured finance, corporate debt or related areas (associates at various levels considered)
Strong drafting, transactional and analytical skills; comfortable working cross-practice with litigation, bankruptcy and tax teams
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment across multiple offices
