Counsel, Litigation — San Diego

Well-established litigation practice is seeking a Counsel-level lawyer to join its San Diego office. The role will handle complex commercial litigation matters across state and federal courts, working with a team on all phases of litigation from pleadings through trial.

The team values hands-on courtroom experience, strong written advocacy, and practical client-focused problem solving. This is an opportunity to contribute to high‑profile matters while working within a collaborative regional/national litigation platform.

• Admission to the California bar (or ability to waive in)
• Demonstrated litigation experience in state and/or federal court
• Strong drafting and oral advocacy skills, including motion practice and depositions
• Ability to manage matters and collaborate with partners and support teams
