Top-tier international law firm is seeking an of counsel or senior associate to join its Finance practice within the structured finance subgroup. The role will focus on commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) and related securitization matters. This opportunity is open to candidates in any United States office.

The successful candidate will work on transactional matters across a national platform, collaborate with deal teams and clients, and contribute to drafting, negotiation and closing of structured finance documentation. Hybrid work with regular in-office presence is expected.

Juris Doctor (JD) and admission to the bar in the jurisdiction where you will practice
5–9 years of experience in structured finance, securitization and/or CLOs; CMBS experience preferred but not required
Strong legal drafting, analytical and research skills
Ability to manage deadlines, work both independently and in teams, and communicate persuasively with clients and colleagues
