Apply in confidence →Senior knowledge-management lawyer to support a major private funds practice in New York. This role partners with practice leaders and the firm’s knowledge, analytics and practice-technology teams to build and maintain precedents, checklists, matter-level intelligence and client-facing know‑how, with a strong emphasis on AI-enabled tools and workflow automation.
Responsibilities include capturing and maintaining matter and business data, designing dashboards and reports that surface practice insights, piloting and supporting legal technology/AI solutions, and delivering training and user support to attorneys. The role will also contribute to thought leadership, pitch materials and practice-oriented research.
This is a hands-on role for a proactive, service-oriented lawyer who combines private funds transaction experience with an interest in legal technology and strong communication and organizational skills.

- Minimum of ~5 years’ experience in private funds practice at a large law firm
- Experience with fund transactions (secondaries experience preferred)
- Demonstrated interest and familiarity with AI and legal technology tools
- Strong written and verbal communication, organization, client service orientation, and problem-solving skills
