Senior knowledge-management lawyer to support a major private funds practice in New York. This role partners with practice leaders and the firm’s knowledge, analytics and practice-technology teams to build and maintain precedents, checklists, matter-level intelligence and client-facing know‑how, with a strong emphasis on AI-enabled tools and workflow automation.

Responsibilities include capturing and maintaining matter and business data, designing dashboards and reports that surface practice insights, piloting and supporting legal technology/AI solutions, and delivering training and user support to attorneys. The role will also contribute to thought leadership, pitch materials and practice-oriented research.

This is a hands-on role for a proactive, service-oriented lawyer who combines private funds transaction experience with an interest in legal technology and strong communication and organizational skills.

Minimum of ~5 years’ experience in private funds practice at a large law firm
Experience with fund transactions (secondaries experience preferred)
Demonstrated interest and familiarity with AI and legal technology tools
Strong written and verbal communication, organization, client service orientation, and problem-solving skills
