Vendor Engagements Lead Attorney - Commercial Contracts - New York

An established law firm's New York office is seeking an experienced commercial contracts attorney to lead the substantive legal review, negotiation, and standardization of the firm's vendor agreements, statements of work, and renewals.

Reporting into senior innovation and general counsel leadership, the role involves helping to develop and implement the firm's global positions on key legal and risk issues.

The attorney will work closely with legal, privacy, information security, operational, and supplier stakeholders to ensure consistency and efficiency across vendor engagements.

• Demonstrated experience reviewing, negotiating, and standardizing commercial contracts, statements of work, and renewals
• Ability to lead legal review processes and develop global positions on legal and risk issues
• Strong stakeholder management skills across legal, privacy, information security, and operational teams
• Experience with vendor engagement and supplier contracting preferred
