Of Counsel (Off-Track) – M&A / Private Equity – New York

A leading international law firm seeks an experienced senior attorney to join its M&A practice in New York in an off-track Of Counsel capacity. The role centers on advising corporate clients and private equity funds across acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments, and other similar transactions, together with general corporate matters.

The position offers significant direct client contact and a high degree of independence, making it well suited to entrepreneurial attorneys who want to build client relationships and manage matters autonomously while taking on substantial responsibility.

• Senior-level attorney (2015 class year or later, or already at Of Counsel level)
• Significant experience handling M&A transactions
• Strong grasp of corporate law and current market terms
• Substantial experience drafting transaction documents and managing deals
