Opportunity for a counsel-level attorney to join a national finance practice team focused on structured finance and warehouse transactions. The role offers work across a broad spectrum of asset classes and exposure to complex financing matters, with securitization experience considered a plus.

Minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience in structured finance or complex financings
Experience with securitization and warehouse financings preferred
Proven ability to lead and support transactions, manage multiple matters, and work independently and as part of a team
Excellent academic record and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
