Cross-Border Transactions Staff Attorney — Corporate (Toronto)

Senior-level corporate role supporting cross-border transactions and integrations within a global network. The position combines high-quality legal drafting and project coordination on multijurisdictional corporate matters, reorganizations and M&A-related work.

The role works closely with corporate, M&A and reorganization teams across multiple jurisdictions, acting as a country or regional coordinator on transactions, preparing corporate documentation, and contributing to process improvements and legal-tech enabled delivery of services.

• Qualified solicitor with 2-4 years' corporate transactional experience.
• Proven drafting and document review skills for corporate and cross-border matters.
• Strong commercial awareness, client-focused approach and ability to work to tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and interpersonal skills; able to work independently and in project teams across jurisdictions.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and online legal research tools.
