Seeking a 3-6 year litigation associate to join a national Cyber, Privacy, and Data Innovation litigation team. The role supports a busy docket of complex civil disputes, including class actions and other high‑stakes litigation for technology, finance, life sciences, and energy clients.

Day-to-day responsibilities include managing discovery (with firm eDiscovery and litigation support), drafting motions and mediation statements, preparing witnesses and depositions, and working directly with clients and senior lawyers on strategy and case management.

Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work directly with clients
