An Am Law 100 firm
Apply in confidence →National law firm seeks a mid‑ to senior‑level attorney to join a Cyber, Privacy & Data Security and Technology Litigation team. The role focuses on data‑breach and technology litigation — including individual and class actions — and addresses novel issues at the intersection of cybersecurity, privacy law, and technology liability.
The position is offered on a flexible basis across the United States, including fully remote, hybrid, and office‑based arrangements. The team handles matters from intake through trial, so candidates should be prepared to manage cases with increasing autonomy.
The firm offers competitive compensation, performance‑based bonuses, student loan repayment assistance, and a comprehensive benefits package. Candidates will be asked to submit a resume, cover letter, writing sample, and salary requirements for consideration.
- Minimum 3+ years of legal experience, with a focus on data privacy, cybersecurity, or technology litigation.
- Prior law firm litigation experience preferred; class action and technology/errors & omissions litigation exposure strongly preferred.
- CIPP/US or equivalent privacy certification preferred.
- Strong academic credentials, excellent writing and research skills, and ability to manage matters with limited supervision.
