The role involves assessing policy wording, managing coverage disputes, preparing opinions and supporting incident management for clients across North America and the UK.
The position is team-based and requires regular collaboration with senior lawyers, technical experts and international colleagues. Strong written English is essential given the predominately anglophone client base; regular French communication with local clients is also expected.

- Law degree from a recognised university and membership in good standing with the Barreau du Québec; Barreau of Ontario an asset
- 1–3 years post-qualification experience in cyber insurance, privacy, data breach/incident response or related fields; entry-level candidates with strong interest considered
- Advanced written and spoken English and strong French communication skills
- Excellent legal drafting, analytical and problem‑solving abilities; experience working with technical subject matter or coordinating with technical experts
- Client-facing skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-border teams
