Multi-office U.S. opening for a litigation associate to join a national practice team handling data-privacy and related commercial litigation. The role supports matters involving California-specific privacy laws and broader data-security disputes, with options to work from certain California offices or through the firm's virtual platform.

The position focuses on all phases of complex litigation: factual investigation, discovery management, pleadings and motion practice, depositions, arbitration and class actions where applicable, and direct client communication. The hire will collaborate closely with attorneys supporting technology, manufacturing and transportation industry clients.

3–4 years of litigation experience, preferably with data-privacy or data-security matters
Experience with California privacy litigation (CIPA, CCPA) and civil discovery

Active California bar license preferred or willingness to obtain promptly; candidates should reside in California
Experience with class actions and arbitration is beneficial
Excellent academic credentials, writing ability, and interpersonal skills
