The role supports matters involving California-specific privacy laws and broader data-security disputes, with options to work from certain California offices or through the firm's virtual platform.
The position focuses on all phases of complex litigation: factual investigation, discovery management, pleadings and motion practice, depositions, arbitration and class actions where applicable, and direct client communication. The hire will collaborate closely with attorneys supporting technology, manufacturing and transportation industry clients.
The firm seeks proactive, collaborative candidates who demonstrate sound judgment, strong drafting and advocacy skills, and the ability to manage multiple matters under pressure. - 3–4 years of litigation experience, preferably with data-privacy or data-security matters
- Experience with California privacy litigation (CIPA, CCPA) and civil discovery
- Strong experience in complex commercial litigation: discovery, motions, depositions, and settlement negotiations
- Active California bar license preferred or willingness to obtain promptly; candidates should reside in California
- Experience with class actions and arbitration is beneficial
- Excellent academic credentials, writing ability, and interpersonal skills
