Top-tier international law firm seeks associates to join a national real estate practice focused on data center and digital infrastructure work. The role supports complex, large-scale transactions across leasing, acquisitions, developments, joint ventures and financings.

Work will be deal-focused and collaborative, interfacing with corporate, finance, tax and infrastructure teams across multiple U.S. offices. Associates will draft, negotiate and manage transactional documents and due diligence for domestic and cross-border matters involving hyperscale and colocation facilities.

Minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial real estate transactions at a law firm or in-house legal department
Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, development projects, joint ventures and/or real estate financings; data center, build-to-suit, ground lease or large-scale commercial leasing experience strongly preferred
Proven ability to draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, JV agreements and financing documents
Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills; comfortable working across practice areas on complex, high-value deals
