Nationally distributed finance team is seeking associates for its Debt Finance practice. The role involves representing lenders, borrowers and private equity sponsors on leverage and acquisition financings and related secured lending matters.

Day-to-day work includes closing transactions, drafting credit and security documentation, preparing issues lists, and advising on UCC Article 9, acquisition financing and debt securities matters. The team offers structured training and exposure to complex, market-facing financings.

Competitive benefits are provided. The expected annual pay range for this position is $225,000–$365,000 (final offers vary by office and experience).

1–5 years post-JD transactional experience in debt finance, lending or related practice
Experience with secured lending, transaction closings and document drafting
Familiarity with UCC Article 9, acquisition financing and debt securities preferred
J.D. (or equivalent) from an accredited law school; strong academic record and prior large-firm training
Ability to manage multiple matters, produce detail-oriented work and work collaboratively on deal teams
