This is a U.S.-wide opportunity for candidates with transactional experience in lending and leveraged finance, working on financing matters for lenders, borrowers and private equity sponsors.
Associates will work on secured lending and acquisition financing transactions, participate in closings, draft documents and issues lists, and support deal teams across a variety of financing structures. The role rewards strong drafting skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.

- 1–5 years of post-qualification transactional experience (debt finance, lending or leveraged finance)
- Experience representing lenders, borrowers and/or private equity sponsors on financing transactions
- Working knowledge of secured lending and closing experience; experience drafting finance documents and issues lists
- Familiarity with Article 9 UCC, acquisition financing/commitment letters, and debt securities (including high-yield/convertible notes) preferred
- JD (or equivalent) with strong academic credentials and prior training at a large law firm
