2–4 years post‑admission commercial litigation experience (or equivalent)
Proven experience in commercial disputes work; prior investigations or government disputes exposure advantageous
Strong legal research, drafting and advocacy skills
Experience managing workflows, delegating to junior lawyers/paralegals and supervising others
Ability to build and maintain trusted client relationships with corporate and government clients
Hold, or be eligible to obtain, Baseline Security Clearance
