Senior Associate — Insurance (Construction & Professional Liability)

Senior Associate role within a national insurance litigation team focused on complex construction and engineering disputes. The team acts for insurers, engineering consultants and design professionals on professional indemnity and related construction cover matters.

The role offers flexible working arrangements, mentoring and clear career progression. Candidates based in Sydney or Brisbane will be considered.

• Law degree and current practising certificate in the relevant Australian jurisdiction
• Minimum 5 years post-admission experience, with principal experience in construction litigation
• Experience advising on insurance coverage matters, preferably professional indemnity and construction policies
• Strong written and oral advocacy, file management and time-recording skills
• Experience mentoring or supervising junior lawyers and working collaboratively in a team
