Join a national alternative legal services team supporting dispute resolution matters in California. The role offers flexible scheduling, remote work options, and part‑time or full‑time arrangements within a structured team environment.

You will handle single‑plaintiff civil litigation and arbitration matters and assist with loan‑workout related disputes (e.g., loan modifications, forbearance agreements). The team model minimizes business‑development expectations: attorneys focus on high‑quality legal work and case management rather than building a book of business.

Successful candidates will take lead on courtroom appearances, depositions, mediations, and expert work while collaborating with and receiving supervision from senior lawyers.

Minimum 5 years of litigation experience; California bar license required.
Experience with single‑plaintiff civil litigation and/or arbitration; familiarity with banking and loan‑workout disputes preferred.
Proven ability to manage multiple matters, handle court appearances, take/defend depositions, and work with experts.
Strong writing, oral advocacy, analytical skills, and excellent academic credentials.
