Join a nationally recognized e-discovery and e-data consulting group that applies analytics and generative AI to reduce review volume and advise on information governance. The team supports litigation and investigations across the full EDRM lifecycle: identification, preservation, collection, processing, review, analysis and production.

The role will lead client and vendor engagements on ESI collections, preservation and protocol development; draft and negotiate ESI agreements, protective orders and TAR/CAL/GenAI review protocols; and oversee review teams, quality control and validation workflows. The position carries an annual billable expectation of 1,850 hours and includes training, certification support and continuing legal education.

This position is open across U.S. offices with preference for candidates based in or able to work regularly from Boston, Washington, D.C. or New York. The firm requires office presence approximately 60% of the time with flexibility for remote work.

  • J.D. (or LL.M.) from an ABA-accredited law school and active bar admission in MA, NY, CA, FL or DC
  • Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible e-discovery and litigation support experience across complex civil litigation, regulatory investigations or government inquiries
  • Practical knowledge of FRCP (Rules 26, 34, 37(e)) and relevant state discovery rules; experience with proportionality and spoliation analysis
  • Hands-on experience with leading e-discovery platforms (e.g., RelativityOne) and validating TAR/CAL/GenAI review with statistical sampling and quality controls
  • Experience managing vendor and forensic relationships, developing collection plans, and coordinating enterprise data sources (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, mobile)
  • Strong written/verbal communication, project management, and team leadership skills
