Growing corporate team seeks a junior to mid‑level associate to support an Emerging Companies & Venture Capital practice in San Francisco. The role offers hands‑on work on venture financings and other transactional matters for startups, founders, and venture investors across the technology ecosystem.

Responsibilities include supporting seed through later‑stage equity financings, advising on entity formation and governance, drafting and negotiating financing and investor governance documents, and assisting on M&A and secondary transactions. The position provides early responsibility, client contact, and close collaboration with cross‑discipline colleagues.

2–4 years of law firm experience in emerging companies, venture capital, or corporate transactional work
Experience with venture financings, startup formation, and general corporate matters
Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills; ability to manage multiple matters in a fast‑paced, team environment
Interest in working with technology companies, founders, and venture investors
J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the California Bar
