Apply in confidence →Senior attorney role supporting an Emerging Growth & Venture Capital (EGVC) corporate practice. You will develop and maintain core practice precedents, playbooks, checklists and other substantive content; improve matter workflows and processes; and drive adoption of legal technology and automation to increase efficiency and consistency across offices.
The role partners with practice leadership and cross‑functional teams (innovation/IT, BD/marketing, professional development and knowledge) to capture market and experience data, deliver training and thought leadership, and coordinate contributions from attorneys across the practice. This position may be based in any U.S. office and is eligible for hybrid/remote work.
- J.D. and admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
- Minimum of 5 years' experience practicing corporate law in a law firm, preferably with emerging growth, venture capital or related transactional experience
- Advanced legal drafting, research and content‑development skills with strong attention to detail
- Project/process management experience and ability to map and improve workflows
- Familiarity with legal technologies (document automation, AI‑enabled tools, data analytics) and strong interest in practice innovation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
