Approximately 3 years' post‑qualification experience in employment law (flexible for strong candidates)
Practical experience advising on employment matters such as contentious and advisory work, reorganisations and investigations
Strong client‑facing skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a large team
Ability to manage a varied and complex workload effectively, with self‑motivation and commercial awareness
Admission/registration with the SRA (or eligible to register)
