Join a well-established employment team in Bristol that advises a broad range of employers across financial services, healthcare, public sector and commercial markets. The role sits within a national employment, pensions and immigration practice and will involve both local work and matters handled alongside colleagues in other UK offices.

The role offers a mix of contentious and advisory work, including tribunal and High Court litigation, discrimination and whistleblowing claims, restructures (including redundancy and TUPE) and general employment advisory matters. There are opportunities to supervise junior staff and to contribute to business development and knowledge-sharing activities.

Qualified Solicitor with approximately 2-5 years' PQE.
Proven experience advising employers, ideally including financial services, multinational commercial or public sector clients.
Experience handling employment tribunal and other contentious employment litigation (discrimination, whistleblowing, breach of contract).
Comfortable on non-contentious projects such as TUPE and redundancies and across multi-jurisdictional restructures.
Strong commercial judgement, client relationship skills and business development initiative.
Ability to supervise and support trainees/paralegals; collaborative team player.
