Join a large national employment, pensions and immigration practice as part of a busy Bristol team. The role involves advising employers across sectors including financial services, healthcare and public bodies, and working with national colleagues on multi-jurisdictional matters.

Day-to-day work includes contentious tribunal and High Court litigation (discrimination, whistleblowing and breach of contract), non-contentious projects such as restructures and TUPE, and general employment advisory work. The role also includes supervising more junior staff and supporting business development and knowledge-sharing activities.

Qualified solicitor with approximately 2–5 years PQE
Experience handling employment tribunal and other contentious employment matters
Familiarity advising clients in financial services, commercial or public sector organisations preferred
Commercial thinker with strong drafting and advocacy skills and the ability to develop client relationships
Comfortable supervising trainees/paralegals and contributing to business development and internal knowledge-sharing
