Join an insurance-focused team handling a broad range of employment practices liability (EPL) and professional indemnity matters. The role involves defending EPL claims pre- and post-litigation and providing coverage advice on management liability policies (including D&O and EPL).

You will work with a busy team acting for major insurers and corporate insureds, managing a varied caseload with autonomy. There are opportunities to contribute to business development, client initiatives and team improvements while delivering timely, high-quality advice.

Circa 1–3 years' PQE with experience managing EPL claims
Strong grounding in employment litigation and tribunal procedures; insurance experience desirable
Ability to advise on policy coverage issues and handle a varied caseload
Commercial approach, good financial hygiene and strong client-service focus
Excellent written and oral communication, attention to detail and organisational skills
Comfortable with Microsoft Office; committed to collaborative, inclusive working
